End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Questing RL LLC ("Company") for the use of the Questing RL mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Questing RL LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
Use the App to develop a competing product or service
Transfer this license to another person

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Questing RL LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA grants you no ownership interest in the App.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Updates may be required to continue using the Service. By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to the updated EULA if any changes have been made.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Google Maps/OpenStreetMap for mapping, device speech recognition for voice input, and Microsoft Azure for cloud storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUESTING RL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved as provided in the Terms of Service.
